Not a member? Sign up for FREE at TECCM 2026 to go into the draw.

You do not need to be present at the draw to win.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Who Can Enter?
The prize draw is open to eligible Geek Culture Collective members aged 15 years and over.
You will receive one entry if:
-
you were already a GCC member before 29 August 2026; or
-
you sign up for FREE GCC membership at TECCM 2026 between 12.00 pm and 3.00 pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.
Existing eligible GCC members who joined before 29 August 2026 are automatically entered and do not need to register again or attend TECCM to be included.
GCC committee members and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
GCC membership is FREE and available to people aged 15+.
Existing Members
If you joined GCC before 29 August 2026, you are automatically entered into the prize draw. You do not need to complete another membership application.
New Members
If you are not already an eligible GCC member, you can enter by signing up for FREE GCC membership at TECCM 2026 before 3.00 pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.
Membership applications completed outside TECCM during the promotional period will not be eligible for this prize draw.
Every eligible member receives one entry only.
There is no purchase or additional entry fee required.
Submitting multiple membership applications will not provide additional entries.
One member = one entry.
Closing Time
Entry for new members closes at:
3.00 pm ACST, Saturday 26 September 2026
New members must complete their GCC membership application at TECCM before the closing time to be included.
The Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at approximately:
3.30 pm ACST, Saturday 26 September 2026
TECCM 2026
Palmerston Recreation Centre
Palmerston, Northern Territory
The winner will be randomly selected from the final list of eligible GCC members.
Each eligible member receives one entry and has an equal chance of being selected.
The draw will be witnessed and recorded by GCC representatives.
The winner does not need to be present at TECCM at the time of the draw to win.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their GCC membership.
GCC will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner following the draw.
If the winner is present at TECCM, they may claim their prize at the event once their eligibility has been confirmed.
If the winner is not present, GCC will contact them to arrange collection of the prize.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
The prize will be forfeited if it is not collected by 31 October 2026. If forfeited, the prize will be carried over and used for the next GCC Members Draw.
Members Aged 15–17
GCC members aged 15–17 years are eligible to enter and win.
If the winner is under 18, GCC will require a parent or legal guardian to be involved in accepting or collecting the prize.
Keeping the Draw Fair
Every eligible GCC member receives one entry only.
Additional entries will not be provided for volunteering, attending other GCC events, making a purchase, making a donation or participating in TECCM activities.
GCC may exclude duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid membership applications.
Privacy
Personal information collected through GCC membership will be used to administer GCC membership and the Member Prize Draw.
GCC will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy obligations.
Entry into the prize draw does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Promoter
The promoter is Geek Culture Collective (GCC), an approved association in the Northern Territory.
By participating in the GCC Member Prize Draw, eligible members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
GCC reserves the right to verify eligibility and make reasonable changes where circumstances outside GCC's control affect the conduct of the draw, subject to applicable Northern Territory requirements.
